Well apparently the monster pig was a former pet that was named ‘Fred’. It was a Christmas gift to Rhonda Blissit in 2004, the year Hogzilla was killed.
An understatement from the former owner: ‘Stone said Blissitt told him the pig had become a nuisance and that people were often frightened by it when they came onto his property.’
The blissits are despicable people, especially the wife. This pig was a gift, a pet and that soulless woman did not care that the animal’s life would end in a canned hunt. She is a pathetic excuse for womanhood.
i agree. can’t believe the former owners became so disenchanted with their pet just because he outgrew himself…. it’s amazing how suddenly cute little pets get sold off or dropped off somewhere when they are no longer little or ‘cute’ anymore. he was actually mild-tempered and acted pretty good for a pig that was probably neglected and scorned by them until he was sold off….
